Were you injured in a motor vehicle accident?  Whether you were the driver, a passenger, or a pedestrian, auto insurance is mandated to provide "reasonable" and "necessary" treatment to get you back to your pre-accident condition.

Dr. Nyman provides comprehensive rehabilitation programs to assist people injured in a car accident.  It starts with a thorough examination to determine the nature and extent of your injuries.  Treatment can begin immediately and without any referral.  The first 6-8 weeks of treatment are pre-approved after an accident.

If you have an adjuster, case manager, insurance representative, or legal representative, please have their name and phone number available at the time of your appointment.  Also, if you have a claim number or other documentation from your insurance company, please bring it to your appointment.

• any X-rays, hospital reports, medications, etc

• an accident report if you have one

• insurance paper if they have been mailed to you

• the name & phone number of your insurance representative

• your policy number & claim number if you already have one
