The easiest way to become a new patient is to make an appointment.  You can do this two ways.

1. Call our office at (519) 886-3191 and request a "new patient consultation."
2. E-mail us at  and request a "new patient consultation." (reply within 1 business day)

Helpful Hint: If leaving a message, be sure to clearly indicate your name, phone number and/or e-mail address so that we get back in touch with you.  You might also want to indicate the reason for your appointment (e.g. headaches, sciatica or maintenance care).
